Best customer service we have ever experienced during the purchase of a new mattress! The Verlo team was at our house in less than 24 hours after installation to make sure my wife got the correct padding on her side of the mattress. The factory installed medium comfort versus the soft cushion padding and the store manager corrected the problem immediately. We could not be happier thus far!

Absolutely great experience working with Nick at Verlo Mattress in Delafield. He was very knowledgeable about Verlo Mattress' and very helpful in our mattress shopping without being pushy. We had a excellent and very easy experience shopping/purchasing a new mattress, as well as having it delivered, set-up, and our old mattress taken away. We love our new mattress! Easy process from walking into the store to delivery of our mattress. Friendly and very knowledgeable sales associate (not aggressive at all). Much better value and quality than the national big brands. Lifetime comfort guarantee is a big plus, don't know anyone else offering anything close.

Great experience! Nick was our in store person who did a great job explaining everything to us. And Austin and one other person did the delivery. Removed the old bed and set up the new one in very efficient time. Thumbs up to all at Verlo, Delafield.

We purchased our new Verlo mattress because our 1 year old mattress was causing back pain, horrible back pain for my husband and myself. Within 1-2 days after sleeping on our new Verlo mattress, the pain is gone! The whole processing was perfect. From purchasing at store to delivery, perfect experience!

I had some questions about what best mattress frame I needed and Nick answered the phone and was extremely helpful.

Nick was no-pressure and informative about the product. Explained everything well. He arranged a special delivery in my case, which was much appreciated. Austin and Geo were prompt with delivery and setup, asked me questions about setup/placement/height etc. They hooked up the headboard brackets even though I have an oddball headboard (resolved easily enough). Also they were very careful even though I have a challenging staircase setup. It took a few nights getting acclimated to the new mattress and adjustable base, but the third night it all just clicked. Sleep was very good and comfortable. Nice warranty on the mattress and base too. Stop and visit them, they will take care of your sleep needs.

Nick, the manager did a great job taking care of us. We reached out to Verlo Delafield because our teenage daughter's bed had springs popping through it, so we were desperate and needed something immediately. Nick was able to get us an AMAZING Black Friday deal and the mattress and frame was set for less than a week later to be delivered at our home. He was very knowledgeable about everything in the store and guided us through the mattress selection process pressure free. Nick even threw in a mattress cover and a pillow for free. If you need a mattress, this is the store to go to. You won't be disappointed!
