Had a package get caught in a loop in the system. The manager at Delafield worked with me to locate it and get it rerouted to my home despite the messed up label. It took persistence and I am very appreciative.

I came here to get my passport. Online it says they offer appointment times until 2:15 I believe. For some reason when selecting a time slot, they have options all the way up until 5. Silly me selected 3:30 because it’s the time that worked for me and it was an option so I figured why would they have it as an option if it wasn’t an option? (Even tho it clearly said appointments until 2:15). Either way I go for my appointment and I am met with a man who is not the friendliest but could be worse. He tells me to step to the counter to the right and the woman would help me. Her name was Tracy and to say that she was sweet and extremely helpful would be an understatement. I wish I could have given her a tip or something. I am traveling soon and was nervous about getting my passport in time. She gave me all the forms I needed to fill out and helped me with all of the questions I had. She deserves a raise and I highly recommend coming to this post office location.

Black lady there is super rude and dosent care about her job in the slightest and she has put in the wrong delivery address multiple times when I have come here, this is the worst post office I’ve been to because of that

My wife went in to mail an international package on 10-23-2020. The mail clerk told her to wait, that the process would take a long time and he would help another customer first quickly. He helped two other customers, and my wife told him that she was ready that he could help her now. He proceeded to tell her to keep waiting while he continued to help other customers with their packages. After ignoring my wife and helping 4 more people she just decided to leave. I've never seen such terrible customer service in my life. That employee should be fired for refusing to help my wife while he helped multiple people who came in after her. Avoid the Delafield P.O. at all costs! I'll take my business to the Hartland P.O. from now on! The Delafield P.O. deserves 0 stars!

Rude customer service at the counter, completely disorganized. Stopped my mail for a vacation and stopped in to pick up.... Thankfully I have the Informed Delivery app cause my mail and packages took 25 minutes to locate within the Post Office. I knew exactly what I was expecting and they had to find them. I've had many other issues that have required the Post Masters attention. DO NOT TRUST HIM... We had a phone call about a mail box relocation, granted me permission as to the EXACT location, then after I cemented the post and got the boxes set up he decided that the location needed to be on the other side of the street. Dozens of emails were exchanged after that showing his character. He should not be in a customer service position at all. Very rude and can not be trusted. My delivery service was non-existent for 4 days, on the 5th day I sent him an email asking him if there was a problem. He responded in the most unprofessional manner and completely condescending.... I was forced into getting a PO Box because I can not depend on any service at all. Once there is a change at the Post Master level, maybe the quality of service can come back to par. Right now, this post office is a joke. Don't bother contacting them if there is an issue, just go straight to USPS Consumer Affairs and file a complaint with them.

I've been at the same address for ten years. The last two, but especially 2018, I have never had so many mail screw ups. I don't know what's going on but there have been roughly a dozen occasions that my mail got delivered to a neighbor, who decided to RTS the letters back (which they are supposed to do so I get it). Most of the things I was informed were sent back were minor but I missed a massive medical questionnaire I was supposed to have filled out prior to an appointment for my child, a letter from an incarcerated family friend and three Christmas cards.

Dropped off packages for some of our regular customers and they were entered into the system incorrectly, which made the online tracking system useless.
