D’Mico was extremely helpful in getting a three piece suite sent to the UK. I originally took it to the oconomowoc location and they were essentially useless and didn’t know how to send the item to the UK.No problem at the Delafield location! Between the owner and D’Mico I was taken care of.Thanks for the fantastic customer service!Keep up the GREAT work

If you have international shipping to take care of, I highly recommend Melanie. She triple checked everything to make sure that my package would arrive at it's destination halfway around the world. And it did! I have shipped internationally from many other Shipping stores And have always had something go wrong. Not this time, it arrived on time no extraneous tracking down required! Thanks Melanie!

Marc and Paige at the Delafield UPS store went above and beyond to help me prepare all of the printed materials for a wedding. They were knowledgeable, efficient and really cared about my project. Everything turned out exactly as I hoped and Marc was especially accommodating to my last minute requests and special printing projects!
