10 stars! Customer service is top notch, Marc and the whole crew, especially Paige and Melanie, were courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Don't go anywhere else!! This is how you run a business.

The world needs more people like John at the Delafield UPS Store. Today I witnessed him handle a very rude and disrespectful customer with kindness and grace. He remained calm, cool and collected in a very challenging situation and then continued to work with a smile. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
