I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, but I was disappointed with the quality of work they did on my car. I had front end damage from hitting a deer, and the insurance company recommended this place. At first glance, the job looked good, but when I inspected it more closely, I noticed several problems. The front clip was not installed properly, some bolts were missing or loose. You can see these issues in the photos I attached. This is an auto body shop, so I expected more attention to detail and professionalism. The passenger side door also needed work, and now it does not close correctly. The only positive thing I can say is that the paint job and the trim were well done. However, I am concerned about the quality of the sub components that are not visible. I would advise anyone who uses this place to check their car carefully before leaving.Service: Body & Trim

Very happy with this place. They did such a great job with the dent in my door I couldn't tell where the repair was done. Very friendly people and service. And a shoutout to the painter who took the time to stick around and explain what was done. There's a reason they are so popular.Service: Body & Trim

Was very pleased with the work and charges from Tom’s collision in Delafield. Brought our Highlander in to get a quote for dent and paint repair to the passenger door. They provided a very reasonable quote and set an appointment to do the work in three weeks. Three weeks later I brought it in on the appointment date and they had it repaired in the three day timeframe they said they would. They also were able to fix another small dent/paint crack in other passenger door for a small additional charge. I’m glad they called and recommended to do it at the same time. Made a lot of sense and was far less than I I thought it’d be. Work came out great. Paint on the two doors matches and you cannot tell any body work was ever done. The folks at Tom’s met every expectation and commitment they made. Highly recommend them. While I hope I don’t need them anytime soon, I’d definitely use them again if I do.Services: Body & Trim

My car was damaged going under a gate. The hood, windshield, and roof were scratched, sharply dented or severely cracked. Tom's Auto Body fixed it all and made it look better than new; and for a very reasonable price. In addition, despite being super busy, the staff and owner are always very friendly and helpful.

I had originally started my restoration in 1992. The paint and body work was complete, and then life's priorities came up. Well, 24 years later I could finally pick up where I left off. But, by this time the paint work was now in need of some attention. The guys at Tom's Auto Body, especially Eddie did an outstanding job getting the car to show quality condition, and here's the result!

Outstanding body work and paint jobs on all 4 times I've used their services, most recently for a sizable scrape on my leased Honda CR-V that came compliments of my wife (ouch). I have found prices are comparable to more competitive than other local shops I've received quotes from. Communications could be improved, including online posting of hours and more timely returned calls, but nothing earth shattering.

1967 Chevelle: Excellent body work, I have not called and complained about some things I found, but... Not major, but the positive battery cable was not tightened. The rear driver side tail light has four bolts, none of which had the nuts installed. I could have lost that during the drive home. Biggest thing is the trunk pan. Great installation except either it was installed wrong or the gas tank was because the gas fill tube no longer sits in the center of the license plate. Its so high up, its hard to get any gas in the car! There is also a rubber piece under the rear bumper that is torn off. I believe it was there before, but now is gone. You can see through the bumper and body to the ground on that side. Wasn't like that before. Finally, I was quoted under $5000, which I thought was for a new floor pan and all, and in the end I owed more than $7200, which I guess is typical for a body shop. Not all the bad painted areas were fixed, so if you don't tell them what to do, they don't do it. I get it wasn't a full off restoration, but with a little more attention to detail, the car could have been near perfect.
