These guys do great work and are such nice people. Every time we have worked with them they have exceeded our expectations and been so reasonable for repairs or custom work. They also have a great selection of unique jewelry that’s very reasonable too! I would never go anywhere else.

My husband took my wedding ring that lost its center diamond to get it repaired and upgraded the diamond. I'm so impressed by how beautiful my ring looks. The diamond is gorgeous and my wedding ring looks brand new. 25 year old ring and they made it look like a brand new ring. I highly recommend!!!!!! ?

I brought an heirloom rosary in with a broken chain link. Not only was it repaired on the spot, all of the links of the chain were checked so that there wouldn't be further damage. Thank you so much and God bless.

These guys are great! They created a beautiful wedding band to match with my Tiffany engagement ring. Recently, I asked them to fix a cheap pair of earrings that were not worth much but meant a lot of to me. Through the years they have continuously given me the time and have treated all my pieces equally. They understand that they were important to me and respected that! I highly recommend them as your jeweler!

I stopped in because one of the prongs on my engagement ring had shifted and I wanted to get an estimate for repair, and I was helped immediately and free of charge! So crazy nice. They even cleaned my ring too! So crazy nice. 6/5 stars

Received a necklace as a gift for Christmas for a diamond to go on. The diamond doesn’t fit. Received the receipt from my husband to make a return to get one that fits. Won’t refund. Found multiple exact necklaces at other jewelers for $200 less. Please avoid all they are out for is $$$ don’t care about customer happiness.

Stopped in to see if they were able to resize my Dad’s wedding band from ‘91 to fit and wear as my own. The gentleman had the time on the spot, took no longer than 20 minutes and even polished my engagement ring AND tightened the side stones in the process! The results exceeded my expectations and looks so beautiful and elegant! Looking for great customer service and quality work, stop into Lake Country’s finest jeweler!

Huge thank you to the jewelry wizards at Steven Paul Designs. I have my father's wedding ring and have worn it since he passed away 20 years ago. It started to wear on the edges and would cut my thumb up so I had to stop wearing it. I brought it in to see if there was anything they could do. They added a band around the sides and make the design stand out again. Beautiful work and highly recommend.
