This is our 4th Sleep Number bed. Because of moves or the needs of family, we have given away 2 and we have another in our RV. Wife needs very firm bed, husband needs softer bed. This is the only bed to give us each what is needed for a comfortable nights rest. We arrived knowing what we wanted, the employee was very knowledgeable and we were in and out within 40 minutes. We have recommended Sleep Number to many people through the years. I believe we purchased our first sleep number in the mid 1990's

We had heard good things about the quality and service. I did read the reviews but thought it would be okay. We picked the limited edition only available on sale weekends. We were thrilled scheduled delivery for 5 days later. Here is the bad part on delivery the two young kids had trouble carrying the queen bed in. They said they had only been on the job a month. They didn't have a tape measure as we wanted to make sure it fit our frame as it was built 30 years ago. No tape measure. We get ours but they had brought it in and said we would have to take the bed apart. You are kidding right!! The bed doesn't not come apart easily. Well they call the supervisor no problem he said we have leg extensions. He tells the kid they are in the truck. No I guess they are not. I have to call customer service and have them shipped to be in four days. The kid says we will leave it and come back and later or you can set it up when you get the legs. That's a hard no!! What if it didn't work or missing pieces or we broke something setting it up? We said take it back and deliver it when we get the leg extensions. Lots of grumbling and they finally get it back into the truck and leaveWe call once we get the leg extensions and we can not schedule delivery until 2 weeks later!!! So we are almost a month into this now and we said forget it cancel the order and the manager at Delafielz says "you wouldn't break up with a girlfriend like over a disagreement ". Guess what yes we did!!Heads up go to Mattress Firm Peter and Matt in Lake Geneva amazing and guess what it is Labor Day weekend and it will be delivered in two days!! Sleep number told us you won't get a bed anywhere in two weeks from Labor Day. We did

We purchased a sleep number mattress and smart base over the phone from this location. We love the mattress but we are not satisfied with the customer service. No one at the store told us that you cannot return a smart base. We were told over and over again that we had 100 night sleep trial. No one mentioned that this does not include the base. So be sure you're sure on your decision as it costs over $1k extra, because you can't return it!

Extremely disappointed. Number one, the fact that the sales associate did Not disclose the fact that the base is NON-Returnable!! Which puts you out about $3200! They never pointed out that you cannot return or be refunded the cost of the base. But it’s in their “binding contract” in fine print. You know the stuff everyone reads… Number 2 reason I was disappointed: Feels like an air mattress you buy at Walmart. NOT BREATHABLE. So hot it’s hard to sleep. Do NOT buy!

Waited over a month for delivery. The date was set and awaited the day. Took off the day of delivery and cleared out the old bed and other things to make sure they had room for delivery and setup. Hour before the scheduled delivery they called to reschedule. I was busy so they left a voicemail.I called the 800 number to get a rep named Debbie that explained she would look into it and call me back in 10mins. Never got call back, just text that they cut two days off the new scheduled date. So I will need to take another day off and hope they don’t call an hour before rescheduling. No offer for compensation and no call back.Not sure why a company couldn’t delivery the bed and set it up with what they had and come back for a quick finish up. This way customer would be happy but I get after sale they don’t care.It’s been months since they installed bed, when tech left he said the where waiting for a part to finish install and would be back. I’m still waiting.Foot warming not working talked to support twice so far and still not working.If you leave for more then 3 days the bed loses connectivity and kinda a pain to get back online.It’s great comfort and besides these set back this would be amazing bed. Paying for incomplete bed is a downer.

We bought the top of line mattress,3500.00 2 months ago. It's leaked from day 1. We set up service calls that ive had to miss work for on 3 different occasions for "technicians " to fix the problem and have not done so. Very unprofessional. Customer service said they are not really technicians, they just deliver and set up. The bed is now scheduled to be picked up for return on 8/24. Very sad

Ordered a bed and had a delivery date set. Decided to get a base as well and the date got moved back a week. Delivery date arrives and we get rid of our old bed and somewhere in the system the delivery got cancelled and nobody knows why. We got a confirmation email with the date, but no email canceling it. The new date is two weeks! They’d give us $200 off, but won’t get the bed we ordered here any sooner. Spend $4200 and that’s what you get. We cancelled the order because that is completely ridiculous and horrible customer service. The place is a complete joke.
