I went in, knew what I needed, Charlie got me sized up, and got everything I needed. They didn’t have my size so they had to order them as i wear a size 14. But he said he could have them shipped to the store and have the boots heavily oiled for me. I felt I was more than just a customer. In and out in under 10 minutes.
