“I had a great overall experience. I rented an apartment in the Deer Creek Apartments in Jefferson. I moved out and realized my security deposit was not returned after a couple of months. My fault for forgetting about the security deposit. I emailed Ben , and it turns out it got lost in the mail. Ben was VERY understanding and extremely responsive. He sent another check and letter as soon as he could. I had no issues with Real Estate Specialists.”
