Purchased our first home and we couldn’t have done it without Mike. He never left us wondering and always responded quickly, whether it be texting, emailing, or phone. Mike also took the time to explain certain things to us that we did not understand initially. I felt like he was always available for us and was just a quick text away. He was professional and personable. A+ across the board and would highly recommend to anyone.

Academy Mortgage was such a great find in my home buying experience! Originally we planned to go through a credit union, but our realtor suggested Mike through Academy Mortgage. We could not be happier with our experience. Mike was available at all times, and made the process simple & painless. He helped us understand different loans, & what would work best for us. We were able to submit paperwork through email & the Academy Mortgage app which was helpful & such a time saver - no driving back and forth to submit and sign documents every few days. Academy Mortgage worked very quickly & accommodated our needs to close in less than 4 weeks!! I highly recommend this lender.

La comunicación con sus clientes es fatal. No nos contestan las llamadas a tiempo. Nos dieron una fecha de cierre y cuando fuimos a las oficinas, la persona encargada no estaba y el proceso no se había completado. No se comunicaron con nosotros para indicarnos eso. Hasta este momento nuestra experiencia con Academy Mortgage no ha sido la mejor.
