“Verlo Mattress is a wonderful option for comfortable sleep at great prices, but the biggest reason to shop here is the customer service. I have been buying Verlo for many, many years and even when I move I find my local shop and get my perfect mattress. Over the years (I'm talking nearly 50!) I have had no issues with the product and never had to return for issues. Just recently I realized I needed to talk to someone about a question I had and I spoke with Nick at the Delafield store, who immediately addressed my concern with no pause. My mattress was picked up this morning and returned this afternoon by Gio and Austin, two of the nicest guys you will ever do business with. They were professional, informational, and kind. They kept me informed every step of the way, which I really appreciate! Verlo is now selling mattresses with zippers so any guaranteed work can now be done in the house rather than taking the mattress for the day. (Yes, they are great about honoring the need for a mattress!) Customer service and warranties like this are too rare now, and with quality products, Verlo Mattress will always have my business.”
