We've been going to Gary's for years they are the only place we take our imports. They provide excellent service and are super reasonably priced compared to a dealership.

We have been going to Gary’s Auto in Delafield for several years and have always been pleased with their courteous staff, customer service and auto repairs. Our most recent visit was for a muffler issue on my granddaughter’s SUV. As usual, Max was very helpful and answered all of my questions over the phone and graciously offered to look at the muffler later in the afternoon. Unfortunately, they were not able to repair our muffler, but they did provide a temporary fix on the spot, so that we could drive the vehicle to a muffler shop for repair. Max took the time to explain their findings and make further recommendations.

I went to Gary's for years (at least a decade) since I worked just down the street and could easily drop off my car and pick it up when they were finished, but their service is worth way more than the convenience. Their prices are competitive and their service is always top-notch. If there was ever an issue, they would figure it out and contact me with estimates asap.
My brother is a master mechanic but lives hours away, after dealing with Gary's for so long I never felt the need to call him for opinions anymore because I know I was being taken care of!

I brought in my VW for service due to a check engine light on. I had already read the code and gave that to them. They told me that code and a number of others but said they could not fix the problem. They referred me to the dealership. Unfortunately the dealership will charge me for the exact same service for diagnosis. So I essential spent $150 for nothing at Gary’s. Go somewhere else if you want them to address your problem.

Don’t go here it’s a scam. Scheduled an oil change 20 days in advance. Originally had a coupon for a free oil change I left in my car. Someone working there took the coupon from my car and threw it out while my car was with them. Dropped off my car first thing in the morning and told them I need my car back for work the following day. I paid $80 to get my oil changed and they didn’t even fill my wiper fluid. I had to miss work because they had the car for almost 2 days for an oil change. Worst oil change experience I’ve ever had.Service: Oil change

Someone used this place to scam me out of money to get a tire repair some little Spanish guy said he was working after hours and demanded my money for chi repair he had done on a girlfriend's car ??

The employees here are thieves. They took my car for 2 days for an oil change. Left a coupon for free oil change in car and it wasn't there when it was time to pay. Missed work due to no car and they didn't fill empty windshield fluid. Horrible experience.

My car broke down and I was able to limp it along to get to Gary's. The staff was extremely helpful with a quick diagnostic check free of charge - it was the water pump?; knowing that I probably would not get it fixed there (as I live over an hour away). They also called around to find a tow truck to get me to a repair shop closer to home. I appreciate how courteous they were to me through this whole ordeal!

This place was fantastic. I was having engine issues and they had to dig in and find problem. I was skeptical at first glance, with the amount of cars in lot. But they were highly recommended by folks who I know. Had my vehicle running in top shape and back to me in less than 48hrs. Top knotch business.
