I was very pleased with my experience. Judy came to offer me assistance, but she was not pushy, which I like. She made herself available and was ready to answer any question. She made the process quite easy. I also noted how her co-workers were very helpful.

We have been to Colder's many times over the last 6 months. Always greeted. Most the time we are in just trying to get an idea of what we want. This last time we went in with a purpose and are happy with the service. We will see how the product holds up. First time purchasing from Colder's.

I called before I went looking for a particular item. I was informed by “Tim” that it was on “clearance” at the delafield store. I went the following morning. Not only was I approached with a friendly, it was immediate. I was asked if I needed assistance. Pete was great from start to finish. I left out of the store not only with the ottoman but with a living room table and the side matching table to go with. Pete was great as well as the cashier.

Paul L and his manager were very helpful in helping us pick out a mattress and 2 chairs. Also told us how we could pick out different colored material to order for the chairs which was stain and fade resistant.
