“I walked into the Delafield branch and asked to open a account and I had just a little time before my bus left the building! Nicole Brazzoni said she could help me! And she did! With the assistance of another teller, they got all the paperwork entered in the computer, got my receipts, printed all my official papers to sign and actually finished in time for me to shop for lunch before the bus came.
