This was the first time I placed an order from Rose Cottage Florals. And I'm so glad I did. My order was exactly what I hoped for and available for pick up at a time that was convenient for me. The team members were polite, professional, and friendly... both in person and on the phone. Their website was also very easy to navigate. I had a truly exceptional experience.

I received this very nice succulent planter for Mother's Day. I don't have much experience with taking care of succulents and over time it wasn't looking the greatest. I took it in and the ladies were very nice enough to take it and observe it to see if it had been under watered or over watered. I was informed I would receive a call from them.
Two weeks went by and I didn't receive a call. I tried calling during business hours and no answer and was not able to leave a message since no voicemail had been set up.
The next day I called and talked to someone and asked about the plant. She said it was ready and she'd have the owner call me back since she was busy with a customer. I never got a call back that day or the next day or the day after that.
I had some time this morning to run and pick it up, their hours listed they were open at 8 am, I went at 9 am the door was locked and the lights were off.
Once again I called today after 10 am and talked to the owner and asked why no one called me back. They dropped the ball on it. I'm disappointed with the lack of customer service. I told her at this point she can keep the plant. She offered her apologies and is planning on having someone deliver the plant. Also won't charge me to the plant. Why would I get charged for a plant that had already been purchased?

I found this place today by via of being completely ignored at the DeForest Pick&Save and walking outside on my way back to my car and noticed this place! So a bad experience turned out to be a great experience. I walked in and asked the ladies to give something beautiful for my wife on our anniversary. They were so accommodating and did an amazing job in less than ten minutes. Found them by accident and will now go back on purpose anytime I need flowers…

Satisfied is an understatement! My entire experience with Holly at Rose Cottage Florals was so positive and engaging that it turned out to be worth the drive and time! Her customer service was perfect throughout, from the moment I stepped up to their bouquet cooler. That lady has truly NEVER met a stranger! She's earned a new customer and I would highly recommend her to my closest friends and family members! Oh, as for their arrangements? Beautiful, lush and worth more than the price tag! I walked away with my ideal bouquet for my birthday. Thank you, Holly!

Walked in and went right to the cooler and there it was. Big beautiful bouquet of roses. Took it on the spot & nice lady offered to make a "fresh" bouquet but there was no need. Price was very fair and they looked great for a long time.

rude, rude and rude. All I wanted to do was to send a sympathy bouquet, it's bad enough to deal with loss. It is worse to deal with rude people in a business that is supposed to make you feel better! Do not do business with these people, it is a mistake to pay people to be rude to you.

I can’t say enough great things about the owner at Rose Cottage! She went above and beyond to achieve my vision for an important funeral arrangement. She listened to what I wanted, gave options and it all came together with perfection! Rose Cottage will definitely be my new go-to for all of my floral arrangement needs! Highly recommend!

I received a stunning arrangement as a celebratory gift from Rose Cottage for my warning my doctorate. I'm absolutely stunned and impressed with this arrangement -- wow! The roses are big and beautiful, the lily will pop open and be gorgeous. My mom said she had great customer service, talked to a very nice lady on the phone who was excellent. There was a horrible snowstorm, so the delivery was delayed, but they did attempt to make it on the snowy day! I'm glad they were safe and didn't make their delivery driver work go out again. They arrived the next day, the driver called and left them at my door because I didn't answer, sorry! But they were wrapped in plastic to protect them, the card sitting nestled by the roses. I would order a gift from them, this was a beautiful experience!
