“I went in expecting to spend a $100+ for a new charging port. After waiting for him to patiently walk someone through setting up 2-factor authentication over the phone, I was advised to purchase new cable instead. $10 later, everything works fine.This guy is integrity all the way down.Could you go to a national chain and, depending upon the model, maybe get it done for slightly less? Sure. But in my experience, Tech Heroes let Ben Franklin walk out the door because it was the right thing to do. I plan to go back and will advise friends and family to do the same.”

“This store has everything you didn't know you needed. There is something in every aisle that calls the money out of your pocket if you are not careful. I love how spacious the store is. Love the layout. It makes browsing seamless. Love the cleaners of the store and crisp smell. Very inviting atmosphere, which can be dangerous, especially if you are on a budget.”

“Staff friendly and assistive in helping me find what I was looking for. Showed where clearance areas were also. Usually go to see what's for sale under $5 at entry area. Kiddos love that area.Have got some great deals and always have new items available in area too. Recently found out they accept food stamps, which is likely to be helpful for many im sure.”

“The Target store in Sun Prairie Wisconsin is one of the cleanest and not junky looking stores I've been in. Some of the other Target stores in Madison leave a lot to be desired. The people in the Target Sun Prairie are so friendly and so willing to help you find something if you can't. Sun Prairie Target will be my definite go to store. I live outside of Baraboo so it's fairly easy to get to. Keep up the good work Target employees in Sun Prairie. I almost forgot.....another plus is that unlike most of the Target stores around Madison.....Target Sun Prairie carries Knox rose clothing. Some of the cutest clothes and very reasonably priced Y E A H.”

“We were referred to this location from the Monona store. Thank God! Monona store is terrible. We needed to replace a broken cell phone and talk about bill adjustments, trade in, service, etc. Our salesperson Taylor was over the top fantastic!She spent as much time as we needed. Figured out which scenario worked best for us! Explained how the new Verizon home Internet works and where it works. Not in Madison yet! She was great! Saved us money on future bills and got us some credits on services that we were still paying on that the Monona Location said they had taken care of! Awesome service!I cannot recommend this location any higher!”

“Bought a phone at Best Buy. After purchasing, the dude at BB said that they can't activate it. I had to go to T-Mobile store. Took phone in, and the person (sorry, I only remember it started with a K) was very helpful. Even though he didn't sell us the phone. Gave us options and advice. Probably the easiest phone upgrade ever in the 20+ years of being a Sprint/T-Mobile customer. The only thing that could have made the experience better is if they could somehow match the price from BB, or even come closer than they had, or without the sleight-of-hand where you trade in your phone, but it's not a price reduction, it's more of a credit over time.”
