We have had wonderful experiences with this clinic. When we had to put our Boston Terrier Venus down, they were very professional. They knew it was a tough and devastating decision for us. They did all of it on our terms and took their time allowing us all to say goodbye. They wanted to know where we would like to do it, and even suggested we could go outside. So we did. We sat around in the back yard, and every step was explained to us. When Venus took her last breath on this world, we were surrounded suddenly with a swarm of butterflies. There were tears and it was a very moving experience. My husband who couldn't be there, had several butterflies land on his shoulder that summer. I cannot explain how that experience turned something so hard into something quite beautiful. I thank this clinic for the love and care we received with Venus. This experience alone, is why I would always recommend them. They had to board my male Watson for 5 days. He has anxiety and I was really worried how he would behave for them. He enjoyed his experience with them, and they did a wonderful job taking care of him. I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of him like that. I have also taken my youngest Boston, Jasper to get his check ups here, and they did his neuter surgery here. He got the best of care. He didn't have any issues after, and he healed quickly. All in all, if you want a Veterinary service that truly cares about it's clients, this is the place! I drive over an hour to get my pets taken care of here, and it is worth the drive hands down. You really can't find people that go the extra mile these days, and this clinic does!

On March 28 I brought our pup in for a nail trim and when I left I was angry! We had brought him in a month earlier for a nail trim and it went very well. From the minute they walked into the room they were not interested in what I, the owner had to say. One of the “tricks” they like to do is put peanut butter on the wall so the dog licks it off and is occupied while they cut the nails-gross! When they came into the room, they asked if he liked peanut butter, I said he loves it but putting it on the wall and cutting his nails on the floor is not going to work and it didn’t. He got anxious immediately, so I said that the last time he was put on the table in the room, one held him, they asked me to be by his head and pet/talk to him while the other clipped his nails. It worked perfect!! They tried on the floor again and I recommended 2 more times to try him on the table. Didn’t even try it, it’s like they didn’t even hear me! They said they wanted a 3rd Tech to help, I was fine with that however they wanted to bring him in the back room saying maybe he would be calmer not being in front of myself and my kids. That had nothing to do with it, he is very comfortable around our whole family. I hesitated at first but then thought these are professionals and people who can be trusted…..or so I thought! They brought him back and after a minute or so I heard him whining/yipping. Then I heard one of the Techs literally SHOUTING at our pup: “THAT’S ENOUGH, NOW KNOCK IT OFF!” When I heard that I was horrified! We were in a room with 2 closed doors and we heard this plain as day. My kids asked if they were yelling at our dog and why cause he’s only a puppy! I said I don’t know and put my ear to the door and listened. After hearing it one more time I was about to go to the back and they opened the door at the same time I did. They acted like everything was normal. She said, he struggled a bit but we got it done. I said yeah, I heard, I also heard someone yelling at him as well. She said they had to hold him down and he had peed/pooped all over. Which was interesting because he came back to us not wet, dirty, or smelly for a dog that peed/pooped all over! She also said that the floor wasn’t working and they wanted to get him on a table. I said, OH you mean like I had suggested 3 times in the room?! I told them he was scared out of his mind thinking he was being attacked. He’s a puppy and has no idea what is going on and was anxious. The ONLY thing that should have been done is to come to me and say he’s not really cooperating, maybe we can try something else or reschedule. Instead, they forced him down on the table and apparently thought shouting at a 9 month pup was better. I also found out later through the notes that they muzzled him as well and didn’t say a word to me! For nail trim!! I should have refused taking him out of my sight and now I know better. I did call and talk to the actual Veterinarian about the situation and she did apologize which should have been done while I was there but no one came to speak to me at all! I did think that the Veterinarian would have said shouting was not acceptable under any circumstances and that the Tech would be talked to about it to make sure it would happen again. Nothing was said about that, and it seemed like it was no big deal. I know this dog better than anyone in that building, I was only suggesting what worked a month before and it was totally dismissed. We had been taking him here since we got him last Sept. and needless to say I’ll be finding another Vet Clinic and hopefully I can trust them and I’ll be keeping him in my sight at all times! Being a puppy he’s still learning/training and treating any animal the way he was treated when you put your trust in someone is very sad. I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt I had to incase others are looking for a clinic. I would NOT recommend this clinic to anyone!! But, if you do bring your animal there, keep them in your sight! I would not want another pet to go through what ours did.

DO NOT GET YOUR DOG EUTHANIZED HERE!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT RESPECTING YOUR DOG AFTER HE HAS PASSED!!! We took our 15 year old dog here where they took him to another room to sedate him, then brought him out to say goodbye. Then they took him again to finally put him to rest and make the pain go away. THEN THEY BROUGHT OUT HIS DEAD BODY FOR US TO SEE AND SAY GOODBYE AGAIN FOR A SECOND TIME??????? WE DID NOT ASK TO SEE HIS DEAD BODY AND THEY DID NOT ASK US IN ADVANCE. THIS W

I am very disappointed in the experience I had at this vet clinic. I just got a new puppy so I took him in to get checked out. The vet briefly looked him over the first time. Less then a week later I had to take him back in because he had green snot coming out of his nose... like a lot and he also was biting at his skin. Ever since I got him he has been biting at his skin a lot. First trip they didn't notice he had a skin rash. Second trip I told him he was biting a lot and they asked me if he was on flea and tick medicine. The vet did not check for fleas or ticks nor did she tell me how to help his skin condition. The vet did not go into any detail about any of his symptoms other then telling me he had virus. Didn't tell me how to help him or what to look out for. That is terrible service especially since I'm a first time dog mom. How am I suppose to automatically know what is going on or what to look out for? $105 later and I left with barely any information. I then called to complain about my experience and the receptionist made it seem like I was in the wrong. After I got off the phone I called a new vet clinic. I talked to the vet there for 20 minutes on the phone and he was able to tell me more information about my dog and my dogs symptoms then the vet here did. That vet has never seen my puppy. Moral of the story is, this place is not worth your time or your money. I was really looking forward to having my puppy go here because all of the good reviews I saw, but I received nothing compared to those reviews.

The staff has always been wonderful to us, the front desk, the assistants, and the doctors. We appreciate their always trying to work with our schedule, and getting our dog in as soon as possible. We also appreciate the compassion they have shown over the years for our dog. Thank you so much for always showing us kindness.

This is a great clinic and all of the workers are so professional and caring. They take all of the time they need to answer any questions you have and never make you feel rushed. Hands down one of the best around !
