My packages are often left on my mailbox at the end of my driveway. This photo was taken today. There is ample room to drive up the driveway, leave the package near the house and turn around. The mail person is afraid of my barking dog. Therefore we keep the dog inside in the am until the mail is delivered. The dog has no issues with FedEx, Amazon, UPS deliverers.This is not acceptable.

I may not know the individuals that work here personally, but I can say that they seem incredibly nice and very helpful. I have been quite impressed with their ability to help me save money on shipping as well.

Waiting on 4 packages today. Long blonde haired teenager hands me 3 of the packages and forgets the 4th, so instead of coming back she marks that the path was obstructed. Super super lazy as I live 4-5 blocks from the post office. Now the hard drive I needed for my pc TODAY isn’t here and I won’t have time until next weekend. Horrible horrible experience.

Everything delivered to my mail box is damaged. Obviously they can't read.. Packages say do not bend, what's he do... Folds it and crams it in the box.. Just ordered a painting on canvas and yesterday it came with a hole poked in the middle of it... The postal service is a JOKE!!!! Guess I'll write a letter to someone complaining about the service we recieve..... I sure miss our old mail carrier... Never had this problem when SHE delivered the mail... The new guy is a fool!!!!

The Deerfield Post Office might be small but they are super helpful and nice. They also have a lot of on-site services. The hours are a bit odd, but don't let that stop you from dropping off/picking up your mail. A+ Post Office!

I've used this Post Office several times and each time, I have been so impressed with the service. The staff person I've worked with each time is so friendly and helpful. She helps find the least-expensive options answers all of my questions! Thank you!
