Great place to get loaded from. Wish I could give them 7 stars.Go in the south entrance, it says shipping on a small sing. Go straight to the back of the building and park. There's a door that says shipping and receiving. Go on there do your paperwork and they will tell you dock 1 or 2.Took me 45 minutes from the time I got there till I left. And that's with a truck in front of me.They open at 7:30 am....

DO NOT USE THIS COMPAMY VERY DISHONEST. I went to Washworld on Nov 22,2021 to have my car washed. I had gone there several years ago and wasn't happy with the results. I decide to give them another chance. I went at 8:00 in the morning and it cost $21. When I came out of the wash I got out to look to see how it was. It was still filthy. I noticed that there was a guarantee that the car would be clean or they would wash it again. I called the number there was no answer. On my way out there was a guy cleaning a wash bay, so I asked him if I could get another wash. He said that he just had started 15 minutes ago and he was to busy to help. I email the company my concerns and she said: "We do have friendly helpful staff on site every day, including weekends, from 10 am until 5:30 pm. If you could please return within the next day or two, we will be more than happy to get that rewash and ensure that your vehicle cleaned to your satisfaction!" I email them back that the time they gave me doesn't work as I'm at work. She never responded back I even sent them pictures and the receipt. I guess there guarantee is a lie.

Dropped my membership after 2 months. Not conveniently located, and what's with that tire dressing part of tge process? My wheels remained dirty with some syrupy, gross slime applied to the wheels AND tires right over the dirt. That part of the machine is no bueno.

Soft touch wash is garbage, my truck was still filthy afterwards and the dryers only dried the top of the vehicle! It was still soaking wet afterwards.. And after it finally dried I noticed it scratched the hell out of the paint on my new truck! Beyond upset!

Great machine! Great company! Has been our biggest asset since we went with washworld razor! Also great support when help is needed! 24/7. Out of business hours you have to leave vmail but they respond back in a timely manner!!

Living in a new subdivision in a developing area it was a great feeling knowing that everything needed would soon be available very close. Knowing that a New Hy-Vee store was soon to be built on the line between Coralville, Iowa and North Liberty was a big deal. With that came a new gas station and a really nice looking car wash. However the feeling left quickly. I figured it was new and just needed a few bugs worked out. If it were just bugs this car wash needs a fleet of exterminators.
