Josh had a great upbeat attitude, always welcoming everyone that walks in. You can tell he enjoys what he does. Shelly helped us mail 50+ packages and did a phenomenal job, quickly moving through the process. Can’t beat the exceptional customer service we received today!

Very frustrating. We had time sensitive mail that needed to go out yesterday. No one came. Tried calling multiple numbers, leaving messages, etc. Never got ahold of a real person. Our mail is still sitting out there, waiting to be picked up. I finally got the local 9 th Street De Pere Post Office phone number, it rang and rang. No one answered, then it went to a busy signal. Would like someone to return my calls. Just because we might not get mail every day, doesn’t mean we don’t have mail to get picked up. Thank you-

Very rude! Needed to send a package out and she refused to help me REFUSED TO HELP ME. Had to leave with my package still unsent. Very egotistical and major attitude issues…

Stopped by the post office on 4/15/24 to mail two certified letters. They had a computer error, which took 20 minutes to process my two pieces of mail. They attempted to run my card five times while their system was having issues, which resulted in four charges of $16.10 and a fifth charge of $116, resulting in $180.40 in charges for a single transaction that should have been $16.10 total. I stopped by on 4/24/24 to let them know their error and they were unable to help. I have to now create a dispute with the cardholder, which has taken several hours to simply get my money back from their error. Very frustrating!
