Super easy to do business with! No hoops to jump through or unexpected / undisclosed fees or hidden charges. Straight forward from start to finish. Was able to complete 95% of the process through email, and then sign a couple papers at pickup. Was in and out pretty quick with great experience from the salesperson and finance office.

Went in to look at a UTV. I knew a little bit about the Kawasaki line up, especially the new Ridge. I spoke with Travis and that new Ridge line up was somewhat new to him also. With that said , he was able to answer my questions about it, and what he didn't know, he was able to get the answers for me. It is an impressive UTV , full of features. I normally was a Yamaha guy, but decided to go with the Kawasaki Ridge HVAC.
Next came the 'negotiating'. I was pleasantly surprised when it came down to best offer, which Team Motorsports was able to come up with. I left feeling pretty good about everything that transpired, from purchasing the UTV to the services that they are providing for me for the time span that I will have with it.

Team Motorsports did an excellent job working with me and making the buying process as smooth as can be. I showed up and requested to change my selected vehicle to a newer year model and they got it done in no time. The crew at TMS is professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I’m happy with my experience and would absolutely bring my business back to them. Thanks guys.

I had my motorcycle serviced at Team.
After the service the front brakes were sticking.
According to them it was a combination of fork misalignment on their part - and old brake parts.
They picked up my bike and took care of the issue.
The bike never should've left the shop with sticking front brakes in the first place.
But they made it right in the end.

Was a waste of my time dealing with these people . Never again.
Have a 2021 yamaha 850 Rspec .with warranty tell 2026 .have 1 , 900 miles on it .
Clutch kicks in late occasionally .
Your head goes flying back . Very dangerous to drive . Almost run into my motorcycle in the garage
Many other stories. Called them ,
First they asked if I drove it on black top .I said sometimes. They said the clutch never got broke in correctly. YA RIGHT !!
Called 2 weeks later. Said I wanted the clutch looked at. .they said we are 2 weeks behind . In early June, I said I'll wait 2 weeks .took it up there said , we will check it out.
Called back 3 1/2 weeks later .asked of it was done . Went to pick it up 4 people left me stand there .nobody would wait on me for good 12 minutes.
Finally on the way out said ,they said we didn't work on it we couldn't get it to duplicate the problem . Then said you got a 2 inch lift kit .that's what is causing. Your problem. Nobody called me it was done . I had a mouse nest in my glove box .Don't believe they even took it for a ride .
Got home did the same thing in the first 5 miles.
Tried to call yamaha to speak to a service representative. Gave up on that
Tried every number I could find .

Derrick, Casey, Mannie are excellent at what they do! Everyone I even spoke to here are extremely kind, helpful, and patient. I have been a handful to these guys and everyone still treats me like family. They will always have my business!

My girlfriend had a great experience with everyone at team Motorsports. Corey is a great salesman who takes care of the customer. This was my girlfriend’s first ATV. She is a cancer survivor somewhat and wants to see the woods where I was born and raised. All the people treat you like family. And that’s a rare thing. Great people!!!!

The staff was extremely helpful. I never felt any sales pressure but someone was alway nearby to answer any questions. Corey was great to work with. I would hight recommend Team Motorsports.

The staff was very pleasant and accomadating. I TEST RODE SEVERAL BIKES. I decided with the expertise of my salesmen (Corey Vistain) that the MT09 Yamaha best fit my needs. They were awesome with helping with my outfitting for the bike. I bought several mods and riding gear. WAS A GREAT EXPERANCE ALL THE WAY THROUGH. Thanks. I had an excellent experience with Travis and Patrick! 100% the best salesmen I’ve ever dealt with. Patrick convinced me to sit on a couple of the bikes and I ended up really liking the r7 they had as my previous bike was an r1, so I put a down payment on it. The next day I found an r1 for a steal that I couldn’t pass up and Travis was really understanding of it and super cool about it. I will for sure come back when I’m ready to buy another toy

Thank you to Travis, Tony, and Mannie for walking me thru the process to get my new bike. Travis was helpful with my questions on the bike. Tony helped me decide on the accessories I was looking for and Mannie was great with getting my loan approved. They were a great team to work with and will definitely go to them for any future purchases and any services I may need.
