The staff here are the best! The front desk staff are amazingly patient and kind. The providers are truly excellent. Ive moved to a different part of the state and I miss having access to this health care.

I lost my job (prevea) after fracturing my ribs.
The condescending lady who looked bored at the front desk, asked if i had my health insurance card.
I said no, due to having lost my job, and issues with Badger care.
She NEVER acknowledged me, just went to confab in the back with someone, came back, and told me "self pay is $150"
I stared at her, and was like, up front, right now?
She said yes, like i was a moron
0/10. Actually, -10/10.
Do NOT come here, unless you want to be treated as less than.
And lady, i JUST told you I don't have a job.
I waited for this appointment since FEBRUARY, and because apparently, the powers that be decided money was more important than helping someone who DIRECTLY told you they have no money
You lost me, and hopefully everyone else with a soul, too
I can't pull money out of air, you know.

Honestly, just 0/10 don't use prevea if you have ANY other options
I went into a massive depressive spiral after losing my job, and was relying on this appointment for a lot of things, including my grandmother getting a (imo wrongful) terminal diagnosis
She passed away on friday, 05/24/2024.
My appointment was *supposed* to be wednesday, which got marked as a "left without treatment", which i did, because self pay has to be paid up front, apparently, after i directly and explicitly told rude desk lady i didn't have a job
No idea where that money was supposed to come from
My grandmother died, from negligence, imho
If you want to live, find other options for health care

Only giving a one star because of Dr Asma. My grandma went to him because she was dizzy and had previously fallen. He took a blood test and never gave her results. She then got dizzy and fell again and broke her leg. At the hospital she found out she has diabetes. Dr Asma then admitted he forgot to read her test results. My grandma can’t recover from breaking her leg and hospice is coming to make her comfortable.

I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone seeking superior medical treatment, the entire staff is friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Dr. Rojo is freaking amazing! He tells you the medical problem then breaks it down to layman's terms. He is a fantastic asset to PreveaI like him so much, I got my mom, dad, sister and brother-in-law to see him. Can't ask for more. He really is great.
