I’ve never had issues with this company and personally, the owners Karl and Scott have always been such a pleasure to work with! The wife of the owner is always willing to respond almost immediately regardless of what time of day it is. I love how you can pay online, making everything super convenient! As long as you pay your bill on time, nobody should really have any complaints

Great facility. Reasonable prices and management is friendly, understanding, professional and prompt to tenant needs and requests. The facility is always full and expanding which shows a lot about the business and owners.

Worst experience ever!! Karl Gun is the rudest business owner with a potty mouth I have ever delt with and the way he talks to his renters! “WOW” is all I can say! ( I have it all recorded for anyone that wants to hear) No understanding if you run into any difficult times they are all about the $$$ and don’t want to hear anything “Just get the money” is there attitude .... DEFINITELY NOT RUN LIKE A FAMILY BASED BUSINESS! NO COMPASSION whatsoever!
