We have been customers for a couple of years. Does not matter how great they are with poor customer service or compassion. We fell into hard times and after this whole time of being faithful customers and got behind. We found a way to take care of the amount but it was a few days after their deadline and so our plea fell on deaf ears. Yes it is within their right to exercise the selling of our items but had they been compassionate in any way of trying to help they would have gotten a lifelong customer and a positive recommendation to anyone looking for storage. But now we will be emptying our storage and moving to another business that see's its customers as more than just numbers on paper and dollar signs.

I have rented from them for years. Good people. The storage unit off of Velp is designed to hold a good sized boat. Yes, it is a bit hard to locate the main office the first time there, but once you recognize that it is actually under their construction company name, it is easy to get to.

Difficult to find. The payment office is in a different location than the actual rental storage units.
