I absolutely love the FedEx in De Pere on Main Ave! I have printed at over 10 fedex locations and the customer service at this location has exceeded my expectation. Everyone who works there is so kind and helpful. I’ve never had an issue with my prints. And they are FAST! I live 25 minutes from this location and it is well worth the drive for their excellent customer service! All I can say is THANK YOU!! S/o to Renee, Wes, and David for all your help!

The customer service at this FedEx office is phenomenal the lady that helped me was extremely friendly and knows what she is doing sorry I didn't get her name on my card but they all know what they are doing unlike some places that can't print a simple email to print for example the United States postal service or Walgreens. Thank You Fed Ex Office of DePere Wisconsin

Thanks for wasting my time and the gas it took to drive there. Called the 800 number and they didn't have a problem using the return number that I had. Now a driver is scheduled to stop and pick up my package, so you wasted even more gas.

Needed some timely info on a package. Tried calling the 800 number with no success, even when talking to a live person. Called Wes at this De Pere location and took the time to look into things, share his experience and knowledge, and give me the info I needed.

Staff was friendly And knowledgeable with the system. Helping get my package sent out safely. Heads up, the Starbucks next door always seems to have a line backed ip in to the street so getting in and out of the lot is cumbersome. Parking. And be tight to. Just plan accordingly.
