Always great and fast service! My mechanic recommended I check my oil and fluids regularly because of my engine type and ever since my oil change, they have kept me checked and updated. I so appreciate knowing I am taking care of my vehicle with Take 5's help!

I have been consistently impressed by the expertise and honesty of Take 5's staff. They tell you what you *actually* need, not what they can sell you. And on multiple occasions they have happily answered my auto maintenance questions far beyond the scope of an oil change, helping me avoid unnecessary costs. I can't recommend them highly enough.

There was 1 other car there with me and I waited 40 minutes before I told them I needed to leave. In those 40 minutes my car was never touched. I overheard the shop guys call the car owner next to me cheap because he wouldn't accept a service that they were trying to sell him on. After which they admitted that the guy actually didn't need the service.

I have been waiting for 30+ minutes and the two people working are taking their sweet time on one vehicle at a time and talking on the phone with someone. Do not come here if you want good and efficient service. They also were pressuring the man next to me into getting a service he didn't need.

While everyone was nice during visit we left and they never checked tire pressure. One tire was almost flat. How does that get missed?

Honestly amazing! I had 2 guys who were very nice. I was a bit nervous because this was my first oil change (07/10/24 @ 6pm) and I didn't know ANYTHING. They explained to me everything and a little more. They taught me about what diffrent oils do, and to keep an eye on air filters. One of the guys told about how he found a rat in his once. I didn't manage to catch their names but you better belive I will be back!
