Great cheddar and nice folks. The lady running the booth at the Madison State St farmer's market was so kind... she gave me an ice pack so I could bring back some of Wisconsin's best cheese to NYC!! The jalapeño flavor was salty and satisfying.

I found this cheese factory while I was taking a so-called short cut on my way to Monroe. They have the best cheese curds I have ever tasted. I was happy to find this gem!!

Their "original" baked BRUN-UUSTO cheese is fabulous!! It would be very easy for me to open up a half-pound package and just sit there with a knife & cut off pieces until I ate the entire thing!
