ACD is Hopeless. I am on Oxygen and they keep delivering 1/2 mile from Fedex delivery in the mailbox. I can't have this.

Tracking my package, it shows was received 7:00AM in Danbury on March 16, 2023. The status now on March 20th is that it is moving to another USPS location. I live in Danbury and I actually got another package on March 17 so now after an hour I am on hold to talk to an agent about what is going on. Danbury doesn't list their number so I can't call them.

This post office has horrible customer service, all she did was talk over me then hang up on me when I logged a complaint.

Worst customer service ever lately and so disappointing that we get mail late afternoon or not at all due to union stepping in on the mail delivery service. This is not a service to the community at all! So so disappointed ☹️

Worst post office ever!!!! Used to be decent until they accused me of stealing a package because the new driver doesn't know how to read an address and delivered it to the house on the next street only reason i know that is because they gave me a gps location of where it was scanned. Now they refuse to deliver packages to my house and come up with excuses everytime they said my driveways to slippery so I plowed to down to the tar then they needed a turn around spot so I plowed 2 of them what's next... Literally rudest people I've ever dealt with

Come on you guys two days of failed deliveries on your own admitted mistakes then two hours on hold just to be told I have to wait two more days for my delivery that waisted any remaining time I had to get to the office while open. Why is this so hard?!?

I love our local post office. Everyone who's ever worked there is very friendly and helpful! 9 years of living in Danbury and we've never had a problem with the service.
