Nice tubs. Good service. Be prepared to maneuver around fallen trees on the river.

Booking with this company got a little confusing. There are two locations one in Danbury and one in St. Croix State Park. When calling the offices, it was hard to get in touch with someone and they said we had to make a reservation in person. When we went in person to make a reservation the day before the float, both office locations were closed when they said they would be open. Regardless the day of the float we were able to get on the water and the staff were very friendly. We did a four hour float and we were the only ones on the river.

Absolutely the rudest customers I’ve ever experienced in my life! You do not own the landing on Ferry Landing Rd. We had to retrieve our vehicle and literally NO-ONE would move their tubes so we could get out. Staff did literally nothing to assist us. Your outfit is ridiculous. This is the second bad experience with this careless place.

Pardun's provide great service for anyone who wants to float the river. They have a great location and most importantly; Pardun's know what they are doing, very professional.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I have been renting from Parduns for years. I enjoy supporting this family-owned small business. I am always happy with the service. They can be challenging to get a hold of but be patient! We always get picked up on time, and the canoes are in good shape.

We had a family of 5 tubing the Yellow/St Croix through Parduns this week and had a nice relaxing time. Their equipment and service was great throughout the experience. We'll definitely use Parduns again for future trips! Thank you

On 7/30/22 my wife. my dog and I rented a canoe for a 4 hour trip that ended at the state park. Apparently there was a storm coming in later in the afternoon. We did not know about it because we had no internet. The driver dropped us off along with 3 kayakers. The river was slow and the wind was blowing hard right up the river. This was not my first time in a canoe by the way. I tried for a half hour to make it to the first corner. The wind was blowing the water back upstream. The canoe was blown sideways several times. I tried hugging both banks with no success. My wife and 75 dog were starting to panic. I paddled upstream back to the landing. There was no reception except for one little spot in the parking lot. We did not have the rental companies phone number but was able to contact the state park after several attempts. The call kept dropping so we could not explain our situation well but was able to relay that we needed someone to come pick us up. About 20 minutes later the owner of Pardun's arrived. We were very relieved until it was apparent he had no care for our situation. I explained that I tried to make it around the first corner but that it was impossible. I told him even the kayakes had a hard time. Guy totally dismissed me by telling me he had people all over the river and they were not having trouble. Not sure what someone in another part of the river had to do with my situation. Guy then told us that not only would we not get a refund for the trip but that we would need to pay $65 for a ride back to the park. When we protested this he took a couple steps back towards his jeep as if he was going to leave us there. In hindsight I should have pushed his canoe down the river and hitched back to the park. His along with the women that rented us the canoe justification for this was that in the past they have had people think it was a joke to call for help or to leave the canoe where it does not belong. I would figure a business owner would understand not to treat a customer badly because of bad actions from other customers. When explaining that we felt like we were in real danger we were told that is why we sign a waiver. So I guess they would rather have a customer injured or killed than ask them for help. I am still appalled by the actions of this company. They have the fortune of having a business in the state park. I am contacting the park to tell them how this fortunate business owner treats his customers.

Pardun’s Canoe Rental is the best in Wisconsin and Minnesota! They provide awesome canoes, paddles, life jackets, and the best van ride to entry points. They are always prompt and waiting at our pick-up spots. The Namekegin is a stunning river to canoe! Go to Pardun’s in Danbury for excellent customer service!

Pardun's provides good tubes and good rides for a good price. I'll float with them again. Way more chill than Apple River and way nicer tubes. 2021 updates: the new post-covid launch site is up river a bit, and it's shallow up there. We walked the tubes quite a ways...probably 1/4 of a mile. So wear shoes. Also the website is confusing, I thought, so know that buses take you to the river every 10 minutes or so 10am - 3pm. There was a bus waiting for us when we got to the end of the float, and I think they come regularly. A bus was leaving as we walked up and we had to hurry to get on ours bc another was waiting to get in. So they definitely have good bus service. I do think the end point needs to be easier to get up (I had shoes and 3 beers in 4 hours but I fell twice going up the metal ramp) and the spot should be marked better (or they should tell you what to look for). If we hadn't been with people who floated before, I would have missed it. Definitely. The people ahead of us missed it (so bad that I don't think they knew they missed it until after they were out of sight). But Pardun's takes more care to make sure everyone comes back than I expected-- asking multiple times how many in your party and repeatedly confirming that everyone is there (remember how many people of "various capacities" they deal with). Overall, more than I was expecting. 10/10
