“This is your typical food salvage store, other than it is run by the Amish. The people are very nice. The store is clean and plenty of space to move around. When going to a store such as this, stop looking at the best buy dates. Packaged foods don't expire, and if the package is properly sealed will last for years. Do some research people.”

“I always have a good experience at Piggly Wiggly. The staff is always friendly no matter where I travel. Most of time I see them in rural areas when I'm camping or traveling. One of my biggest complaints though is that they're always higher price than almost everywhere else and when they hold their sales, that's when their sales prices are the same as everybody's normal prices. The exception to this, is when they have their sales on meats and on their cheeses. I do love their bakery and Deli. They always have fresh items. The stores are always clean. There are always carts available. Overall a good shopping experience.”
“They work really hard in this store. I wanted a certain item and the employee looked in her totes to try to find it. The section was going through a remodel so the product had been removed. She didn't have to do that for me. I'm always greeted with a smile and a laugh.”
“I’m giving four stars instead of five because they do not pay their employees enough for what they do at this location.
Countless times I have been helped without asking with coupons ex. By the manager and an older gentleman who has been working there for some time now. I have witnessed the young man who manages the store pull money out of his own pocket to help others who where a little short. I know enough people who work for this chain of stores and heard that employees aren’t paid enough and holidays are almost zero, and continually cut down over and over.
I sincerely hope upper management takes good note of this and the employees are compensated better I do realize it’s not a skilled trade like electrical or machining but considering how little they are paid is an insult for what they do out of goodness of heart and trying to just help others at their own expense .”
“It's still a small town hub, well lit, clean, and stocked with the essentials and a few other items that you may need. Keep this place in mind if you are in need of those last-minute items or just don't feel like traveling to shop for the necessities.”
“Really nice and clean. So nice of a store that we spent a lot of money.....lol. would have loved to see more Amish crafts. Or maybe it's a good thing they didn't have them as I could have run out of money......hehehe”
