We called Wilshire Trailers literally at 5 PM (closing time) and thank goodness Zac answered… he took GREAT care of us and got us back on the road within an hour. “So I have been forgetting to post this review of the work Gerber Collision & Glass did on our 2011 buick regal. The passenger door and fender were damaged and the passenger back door had a small dent and a scratch from the accident we were in at the end of January. We took our vehicle to a couple of different place for a quote on body repairs. Gerber Collision & Glass had the most reliable price and they walked my husband through what would need to be done. So we made an appointment and the soonest they could get us in was March 5 but that was okay. So we took our vehicle in March 5 and got it back on March 13 it would have been done sooner but the fender they ordered came in damaged so they need to order another one. We understand that parts could get damaged in transit. They kept us update about what was going on and they were very nice. We were completely happy with how it turned out we highly recommend to anyone that if you need body work done go there. We paid out of pocket and it was a very reasonable price.”
“We brought our car in on a Saturday to get a tire patched after getting a leak from running over debris on the highway while on a road trip, so needed it fixed ASAP. Even though Nick the technician was working by himself that morning and had several other appointments that day, he got our car in, fixed, and got us on our way super quick. And they actually do rotate the tires, not like other place's that say they rotated the tires and never did. That would Kocourek Chevrolet in Rib Mountain Wisconsin. Make sure you mark your tires before you take your vehicle to Kocourek Chevrolet in Rib Mountain Wisconsin for a tire rotation. Check your tires before you leave Kocourek Chevrolet to make sure they actually rotated your tires.”

We purchased a car from Scafiddi Auto a number of years ago so I drove in on Saturday morning. Luckily the Service Dept was open, I explained my situation to Matt, he asked if they could have the vehicle for a while and I agreed. My wife picked me up and I left the truck there. Monday morning I got a call from Matt saying it was a minor issue and the vehicle was repaired. A pleasant call, I expected much worse. Now they could have said it was many things that would have been more expensive, but they did not. They were honest, which as you know is not always the case.I would highly recommend this Ford dealership for your next vehicle or service. I believe they are honest.”

“Service was quick. Customer service was very helpful in explaining the process. Ordering online and scheduling wasn't user friendly, dates are shown to be available but when you check out theres schedule conflict. Installation was not offer for some online tires which I find weird.”
