I purchased a new Beach King dock a couple years ago and Ian and crew delivered and installed without a problem. They have become considerably busier, so when I ordered another dock section this year, their delivery times and expense had gone up. I asked to pick up the dock myself from their location, and they were easy to work with. Email has been the best way to communicate with them.

I emailed requesting information about lifts available. Received a Reply immediately asking for more information. I gave them details on what was needed. Never heard back. I messaged 3 more times requesting a reply. Still no reply. Taking business elsewhere!

Before you spend any money here save yourself and don't. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. Not to mention I spent over 11 thousand dollars. I was told my lift would be ready in 3 weeks or less. 4 weeks later after not 1 single phone call, i started calling them. It took me 4 days to get a phone call back. I had to threaten them with a claim to the BBB in order to get a response. When I did finally hear from someone I was told my lift had been ready for quite some time but was given a sob story on how they are busy and wont be delivering my lift anytime soon. Busy seems like a good problem to have. But they refused to take care of me as a customer. I got my money back. I would say don't even stop in. Don't buy anything from them. Go down the road 10 miles to Shell lake marine. I wish there was more I could do to save people from spending any money or time at cumberland boat storage dock and lift. Overall my worst shopping experience in my life. The owners don't deserve to run a business. They are in a customer service industry. And can't even answer a phone or call you back. I also don't appreciate getting texts from the owner and sob stories. Please don't shop here. Let them fail so someone who wants the business can come in and actually help customer's
