I don't know what happen to this place the last few years but it's trash and over priced. The scrubbers leave behind plenty of dirt. The dryers do not get the job done and leave the car covered in water still. And on top of that they have the audacity to ask for a tip at the self serve kiosk. Up to 5 dollars. (And no. No employee around)That's nonsense. The normal wash is like 8 bucks. For the 22 I paid today I'll start going to a do it your self wash. Place all around highway robbery at this point.

The staff is really nice and helpful. The car wash is always working. However, the dryer is pretty terrible. I have to use my wipers when I leave, and still have to go home and dry off my car. I do hope that they will fix the dryer and make it more efficient.

Terrible wash. $23 and the back of our 2019 Toyota Sienna was barely washed. Not planning a return trip, waste of money and time.
Update: missed a call from Armando at Cudahy, left message no return call in 5 days. Terrible customer service.

The tire shine part of the wash is broken and has been for some time now. Talked with the manager and she said a large truck broke it. Reached out to the customer service department on April 5th about paying for the tire shine but not receiving it. Also questioned the fact of hundreds if not thousands of people paying for tire shine but not receiving it. I’m sure they are unaware of the machine being down. Customer service emailed the manager of the Cudahy store, I’ve heard nothing. Customer service also reached out to the regional manager a week later, once again heard nothing back from this person either. I encourage you to ask if there is a discount since you aren’t receiving the complete wash you are paying for.

Amazing car wash every time, love that they’re connected to valvoline so I can get my car taken care of in both ways!
Alex over at valvoline is the new manager and he took great care of my car and then the car wash got it nice and clean!

No suction in the vacuums. No attendant had to back out of line. Save yourself time and visit the Layton location. This location has gone down hill.

I paid $22 plus a tip, plus tax and didn't receive tire shine plus the right side of the car didn't get cleaned because the right arm was stuck in the outer position. Waste of money....
