My kids and I bought a bunch of lexus cars from this business and literally always been great. my son bought his GS350 around 5 or 6 years ago, been flawless. My daughter then bought an ES350, totaled it, bought another Lexus after that from that. The last one I got from them is a Buick, also been great, came back to have them take care of some things on it, going on a year without even a check engine. I always come here.

I recently had my Mercedes Benz serviced at Fine Auto, and it was the best decision I could have made. Initially, I was nervous about having my car serviced anywhere other than the Benz dealer, but Fine Auto exceeded all my expectations. They saved me nearly $5,000 in costs and did an outstanding job. The staff was wonderful, professional, and kind, making the entire experience seamless. I will be bringing all of my cars here from now on—there's no reason to be overcharged by the Mercedes dealer when you can receive top-notch service at Fine Auto. Highly recommended!

The business relationship with this company goes back years for me!!! First bought a 2016 accord touring with around 60k miles, put another 40k miles over the course of 3-4 years with absolutely no major issues whatsoever, they also helped me with repairs and maintenance on 2 my other cars and my family cars. In talks with them very soon for another car, way better sales experience than the other big dealers, in and out here with paperwork and financing same morning, big dealers, I was there all day while people running around asking managers for permission on things, here much quicker.

Very helpful staff! I asked them a million questions on the financing and they walked me through any documentation needed and getting me the monthly payment I wanted. The manager gave me a phone number that I could contact in case I had any questions. Amazing experience, highly recommend!

This place is fantasticcc for service! They have a number that I can text directly! They helped me have my Cadillac towed, replace my tires, and fix my ac and kept me in the loop the whole time! They’re far from where I live but I still give my car to them to fix!
