This office must have the laziest drivers. We've had road construction by our house for over a year at this point they are the only delivery service that won't bring anything to our house walmart, amazon, ups and usps all manage to make deliveries. This is now the 4th out of 4 packages they have refused to deliver sighting "construction" the road on our side of the street is open and driveable so why can they not figure this out.

Terrible service! Package is out for delivery! Yay! Nope not delivered! Called as this was a Friday and nope we won't deliver until Monday! This has already been delayed twice now! And customer service people are no help at all. I don't know why people use them!

They marked my package as delivered when a delivery wasn't attempted. They even signed for it, butchering my last name. Opened an investigation just to turn around and tell me it was delivered. Went to check the tracking again come to find out it's been sitting on their truck for the past week. With "attempted" deliveries, which is a load of bull. This location needs to get better management and better drivers.
Edit... instead of delivering the package they decided to play chicken over the last few days and send it back to the seller.

The morning driver of the area came and did not bring a package, and it was the same delivery time at the same time, and he did not come and waited all day, and he needed a package, and there is no way to contact them. Everything is vague, and it is much worse.

Package delayed 2 days now. Wouldn't be the end of the world except that I watched the FedEx driver pull up to my house, sit for a minute or two and then drive off. He never exited the vehicle or even attempted a delivery. Thought he was coming back until I got a notice 4 hours later stating that my package was going to be delayed for yet another day. Speechless.

Package was delivered to wrong address, and their automated call center is a joke. I never received my package and they closed the case with no further assistance for me.

Why are we required to give even a single star for a review? They didn’t earn it! Once again I have been sitting in my house ALL DAY waiting for a package that didn’t arrive. The driver lied and recorded it as an attempted delivery. My office is 8 feet from the front door. I wouldn’t have missed a knock. As a matter of fact, I, or one of my 5 dogs would have heard a truck pulling in the driveway. I waited all day yesterday too. Tracking said it was out for delivery. I called around 7 pm and was told it had been scanned and put on a truck that just sat in their lot all day. So now, I have to wait for the lying driver to get back to the facility so I can drive up to Cudahy and get the box myself which sort of defeats the purpose of paying to HAVE IT DELIVERED. This is the SECOND valuable package containing time sensitive materials that we have not received in a timely manner. We could have driven to pick the package up at its origin in a fraction of the time it’s taking to get here. Fed Ex is charging a premium price for sub par service. To pay hundreds of dollars to ship a box that arrives days late and requires me to drive and pick it up is absolutely unacceptable. We will not be using FedEx for our business shipments any longer after this.

Fedex is just terrible in delivering packages on time. I've been waiting 3 days for my packages. All they are saying my packages delayed and they are waiting for a label, but how long does it takes to create a label for 3 packages and deliver them. Wow all these bad reviews. They really need to get their company in order. ??

My package was suppose to be delivered to me this past Friday. Me and my wife we see the Fedex truck park in our parking lot for 15-25 mins. He finally gets out and I go walk over by our door cause my package needs a signature. Never comes to our door get a message no body was home to accept delivery. Why cause someone was to lazy to walk down my hallway and bring it to me little upset at this point but call have it set up to the nearest hub. Suppose to get dropped off there Saturday. Here we are Monday morning no messages about where my package is Fedex is playing dumb and confused. This Cudahy location is the worst and they didn't even care that their employee was to lazy just oh he has a long file of getting in trouble oh cool ?

My package was estimated to get from City of Industry, California to my door in 3 days.
It managed to get from City of Industry, California to Cudahy, WI - a distance of 2000 miles through 10 Fedex facilities in the space of 4 days. Understandable.
It has now been in Cudahy, some 6 miles from the FedEx location to which it is being shipped for that same amount of time.
Each time I call I'm told it's on the truck. If so, it's just been riding around on that truck.
Each day I am notified that they "tried to deliver" my package but the reason for its failure is that no delivery was attempted.
It says online that this facility is closed to the public. I do not care. I will go there today and poke and prod and harangue until this is resolved.

Multiple packages undelivered, "out for delivery" and "attempted to deliver" for 10 days in a row. Lies. No signature is required. Simply leave it at my door. The vendor kindly sent me another order and sadly neither has been delivered.

Had to drop off a package for ground delivery. Fellow at the gate took care of it. Not like UPS or USPS where you walk in with a parcel. They've got a clipboard to sign and that's it. I did have a prepaid shipping label, so that might make a difference.
