Yesterday I had a box delivered by FedEx Ground. The box was opened a little bit. After looking it over that night, I noticed the bag of hardware was missing. This morning the FedEx driver stopped at our house and dropped off the bag of hardware. It think this is the best customer service.

Three different packages, the first one was delivered damaged as if it was dropped hard, the second never made it to me and I had to cancel my order, the third one is out for delivery since 5:59am and now it will be delayed to next day. Can Fedex get any worse???
