At first it seemed really easy to use and navigate, but they call you from a distribution center not the location itself. They say there “should be” this and “should be that”. The ad posted free lock and when speaking with a representative they stated it will be staged inside the unit, but when you get there with all your things there was no lock. Not only that, upon opening the storage door there is Clover Mites all over the bottom of the storage bay door. Luckily there was a holiday deal, otherwise it would not be worth the experience.

Was greeted politely and professionally by both Leon and Shannon. Both were knowledgeable, informative and helpful in making my decision to rent at Rentals of America. I would highly recommend renting at their facility. Very kind and clear as to rental options.

MY experience with SROA was fantastic. The woman I spoke with on the phone to book the storage unit was pleasant to talk to, she answered my questions very nicely, she was patient and explained my random questions very professionally, she was very kind and walked me through the entire process until the very end. {I wish I could remember her name.}
When I got to the location, it was quite self explanatory, every building is marked in order, as are the units, it was easy to navigate.
When I arrived at the unit that was assigned to me, there was already a lock on the door, so I called the office back and spoke with the owner, Shannon. She was quick to resolve the issue and reassigned me a new unit within moments. She was also very nice and pleasant to speak with, very kind and very determined to resolve the issue as fast as possible.
Great experience all the way around. Would highly recommend. Thanks so much.

Very helpful, made getting a storage unit fast and easy and when I needed to upgrade to a bigger unit after already purchasing one they did it in a matter of 2min.

They will keep raising the price of a storage unit every few months. I had a 10x10 starting around $85. Within a year it was up to $151. Ridiculous. You can find it cheaper elsewhere.

They had me pay for the unit before they went over all their rules and guidelines. They had me pay their team over the phone and then go in to sign. I tired to cancel it since I was unable to store my late fathers hunting stuff according to the lease and they would not refund me. Just seemed very shady to take payment first and not refund anything when I didn't use the unit at all.
