I ship products to the UK routinely and use DHL Express. In August of 2021 I shipped 9 boxes to an Amazon warehouse in Coventry, GB. This shipment disappeared without a trace. DHL claims that it was delivered, yet it never turned up even after the intervening months. When asked to own up to this, they refused and said that it was delivered and, to paraphrase, I could go something myself. The product totalled roughly $1700 and the shipping, duty, and all of the extra fees they charge just because they can cost a bit over $800. So, about $2500 of my money went to an incorrect address, or a ravine, or somewhere never to be seen by me and DHL takes exactly ZERO responsibility for it.

Awful place, despicable management. Only outdone on the awful spectrum by one of their contractors- Semper Fi Express.In my opinion, find an alternative in the SE Wisconsin area.-Peace

terrible customer support. a direct quote from one of their escalation specialists "Sir, I don't know what your idea of customer service is, but we are a logistics company, not a customer support company".. after failing to deliver a package with an address that another agent told me should have been no problem..

Clearly, they do not drug test the staff. called in a pickup on a Tuesday, finally picked up on Friday, then got a call late on Friday saying the paperwork was "missing"

I've very disappointed with your express service. When I was on hold with one of my many calls to get things straightened out you said there "ain't no mountain high enough and ain't no valley low enough to keep me from getting to you". What BS. My shipment is currently about an hour away, but I have wait another day because of stupid errors on your part. This is after already waiting 4 days of delay once again because of your stupid errors. There's plenty of time to get this package to me today, but you seem content with waiting another day. So much for express and so much for no mountain too big or valley too low. Me and my business will not be using your services.

DHL--MOST INCOMPETENT COMPANY! After wasting 2 full days for my scheduled package they MESSED UP AGAIN and I STILL DON'T HAVE THE PACKAGE! I have called the company 15 times and registered with their tracking site and they keep messing up and not getting the package they have had in their warehouse for 10 days!!!! I WAITED AT HOME 2 FULL DAYS because they promised to deliver it both times and yet again they messed up and "did not get it out today"!!!! I will never order anything that uses DHL SHIPPING again!!! Do not use DHL!!!!
