Beware of auto payment! When signing up I provided a card for auto payment as well as my phone number. I was assured I would receive a call first thing if my payment was declined so that I wouldn't have a late payment. They called a fake number, rather than my own when my card expired. And conveniently sent out mail THREE weeks later so they could scam their late fee. When I brought it to their attention that they called the wrong number...she pulled out my paperwork and sure enough.. there was my actual phone number in my handwriting..in the computer they conveniently changed the number. They wouldnt own up to there error and provide me a refund. Go figure.
