“Carlos is wonderful! He is very sweet, but gave me a stern talking to about waiting so long to get my car fixed. Carlos gets the job done fast (as in you may be able to bring the car in the day you schedule the appointment, get a full work up, and leave with new brakes later that same day!!) and keeps the price as reasonable as possible. I recommend 100%”
“Phenomenal work! Thank you so much to Waseem and his team. They did an above and beyond job getting my car back to normal. I called so many different locations and no one was able to just check my car till 3-4 days. I called this location and Waseem was able to come to me just to see if my car was able to run down to his shop. Within in minutes he told me what was wrong and gave me an estimate. He explained everything so perfectly to me and wanted to make sure I was able to understand what I was paying for piece by piece. I’m so fortunate to get my car back and ready on the same day ! “Was expecting to be sold an entire exhaust system. They replaced just one part of it for 1/3 the price.
Need to add to this. 2 weeks after this repair, I went back to them with a screeching noise that I felt was coming from the area of the repair. They brought the vehicle in, and then told me it was not the repair, but that my drive belt and tensioner was bad. I replaced the belt, tensioner, and all the pulleys, and still the noise. I've lived with this noise now for a year (give or take). Today, I replaced my exhaust from the cat back. lo and behold, the noise is gone. Inspection of the repair revealed welds that were horrible, and black soot everywhere from the exhaust leak they supposedly fixed. My grandson could've done better welding. On top of that, there was exhaust putty smeared on areas I assume they missed welding. It would be safe to say none of our vehicles will ever be found in that facility (Packard Avenue).”
