I recently used Ace World-Wide for my move. Matt Durbin and his team exceeded our expectations at every turn. From the initial quote to the final delivery, their communication was perfect. They kept us informed throughout the process, which instilled a real sense of trust and security.
The moving team was fantastic. They were not only polite and professional, but also incredibly safety-conscious, especially with delicates. They meticulously wrapped and secured all our belongings, and even went the extra mile to ensure my pregnant wife was comfortable during both the packing and unloading process. They helped her by keeping a seat available to rest during packing and prioritized unloading a chair as soon as possible for her comfort.
I was especially impressed with how they handled my motorcycle. They took great care in securing it for transport, and it arrived at my new home in mint condition.
Overall, I would highly recommend Matt Durbin with Ace World-Wide to anyone looking for an stress-free and secure moving experience. Matt and his team were professional, communicative, and prioritized safety above all else. They made my move a breeze, and we felt confident that our belongings were in good hands.

I have used Ace for multiple relocations and furniture storage. All of my interactions with sales, customer service and the drivers were positive. Communications were clear. Drivers used care when moving my belongings. Highly recommend!

It’s hard to find responsive and professional companies anymore in my opinion. Everyone has excuses! This staff, especially Mike who was our driver, was top of the line! They did what they said they would do and did it on time! Highly recommend!

Misrepresented their subcontracted crew and very inefficient work. Overcharged $600 for a small local job. Slow movers and ill equipped. Have reached out multiple times and have gotten no responses or satisfaction from the agent or management.

0 StarMuch like several others who have commented on their experience… this experience began with a great crew, despite showing up with 3 to pack, which we had informed during the quote process we would handle. Then 2 of the 4 loaders no-showed so it took much longer than anticipated to compete the job with the 1 loader and truck driver/supervisor doing the rest . That was 6/22.Today is 7/11 and after advising us we’d have our belongings arriving to Atlanta between 6/25 - 7/1, we heard crickets. When we followed up for updates on 6/30 we got told truck hadn’t left Wisconsin yet ?. Now we are told the truck has been in Atlanta for almost a week and we have yet to hear anything from Ace on when they will actually deliver the truck to us. Keep in mind we have been living without any of our essentials we need and have a toddler as well.All the information we have received has been by our own doing and calling. Ace has given us ZERO updates through the process but they were quick to cut the invoice on right away and let us know how we could pay them…seem logical to pay for an incomplete job without any of the tens of thousands of dollars worth of our life they have in their possession.HEED THE WARNING OF THIS UNFINISHED EXPERIENCE AND MANY OTHERS AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS GROUP.

Ace has thoroughly underwhelmed since the minute they picked up all of stuff. An initial delivery spread of 6/28 to 7/9 has turned into "your stuff is still in the origin city, and we have absolutely no idea when it will arrive". Thanks for robbing us, Ace....of our stuff, and of the thousands of dollars we paid you for a service you are completely unable to provide.

We have used Ace several times, local moves and corporate out of state moves, have NEVER had a single item damaged (and we’re talking 7-10 rooms of furniture) very professional, quick and very hard workers, would never trust another company
