Our mailbox was taken out by a plow and we live a good way out of town. Usually it’s not a big deal to pick up our mail but we have a young baby which makes it a little harder to do. Everyone in the office is so kind even though it’s probably a little annoying to have our mail piling up AND our carrier goes out of her way to bring large packages to our door for the timebeing. I’m looking forward to having a functioning mailbox again but so grateful for the wonderful staff at Cuba City Post Office for the time being!

The carrier consistently delivers the wrong mail and I would be missing some of my mail. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered by 9pm on that day, but they didn't deliver until the next day. Weather was not a factor on that day.

They lost my rent in the mail and wouldn't even attempt to look for it. I understand theres no tracking number, but considering our town barely crests 2,000 and it was being sent to another home in the same town it's probably still in the drop box OR just sitting at the post office. Employees there are too lazy to do anything outside of their job description, if that. Must be nice to have a job where your not held accountable for your mistakes. Wouldn't even rate them 1 star, but that's the only option.

They are good for sending mail back that has the correct address. They are also good like today putting someone else's mail in my box today I got mail for two different people at two different addresses not even on my street.
