Dr. Valenta and Adam are considerate of you, your pet and necessary diagnostics. We are able to make appointments within 1-2 days when needed and they take the time to consider which diagnostics are necessary. We appreciate their whole animal approach, they look at the pet in its entirety not just the current issue. In addition, Dr. Valenta makes follow up phone calls to check on your pet, reminder cards are sent for routine vaccination and exams. The photo shows a cut pad on our dog, Dr Valenta assessed and gave antibiotics but refrained from stitches. He was correct, the wound healed in snout 10 days.
