I recently purchased a Weber Genesis E-315 Grill from Ace Hardware in Cross Plains. I was truly blown away by the service, knowledge, and expertise from the staff members, especially from Becky. The transaction was seamless, and my new grill was delivered fully assembled the very next busy day without issue. Matt was very personable while delivering my grill. Overall, my experience with Ace Hardware in Cross Plains was top notch. I cannot recommend them enough. I look forward to supporting their local business in the near future!

It’s nice to have a hardware store back In CP.it has saved me many trips into madison since opening. Stopped in yesterday and found all that I needed quickly.Highly recommend Ace CP for all your hardware needs.

When I walked into the store, I was greeted right away. Asked if he could me look for anything, told him I was just looking. A young lady was dusting, and greeted me also, when she seen me with a smile. When I went to check out, she was very friend, and thanked me for shopping there. When I was walking out, the gentlemen that first greeted came out of his area and told me thank you and have a great day. Truly, wish this store wasn’t 1.5 hrs away. I would be going there a lot. Maybe, my local ace hardwares, should go up to Cross Plains and train with them ;) Cross Plains your manager, should be very proud of all of you.

A lovely, large new store - but I never saw aisle descriptions on the aisles. Would be very helpful to be able to know which direction to go. Otherwise, very clean, had what I needed, etc.
