I found the owner Mike to be very courteous. My vehicle needed a muffler, and oil changed, and it was finished in such a timely manner. I will definitely go there again!

It was a resonable experience. I went for an oil change. Dropped my car off around 7:30 am and got it back around 3 pm. I was asked what day I wanted to come in and what time. I was informed they would call me to let me know when I could pick my car up. Around 11:30 am I was told they were just about to start the process. I didn't hear back from anyone after that. So I called around 3pm and found out it had been done and I could pick it up. I was slightly annoyed with that as I would have came earlier to get it. They did a good job. It was a little more expensive than I assumed it would be. I'm glad to know they are a resource around here.

I had an issue with my battery that was causing "hybrid malfunction " warnings. They took care of it right away. I feel like they are fair, honest, and want to do their best for their customers. He even told me about a recall that the dealership failed to tell me about! We are lucky to have them in our community.

Mike and his staff were great! I had a ignition coil go out on a case in town and they were able to squeeze me in right away. I thought I was going to have to use AAA to get me towed back home to my mechanic 120 miles away, but they got me taken care of and back on my case in 90 minutes! They even topped off my fluids.Excellent small business. I would DEFINITELY recommend them!

On Friday 10/14/22 I was on my way from Waunakee, WI to Spring Green, WI to meet my sister & niece for a birthday celebration. Between Middleton & Cross Plains - out in the boonies - multiple lights came on indicating a tire pressure problem. I had gassed the car the night before & my husband checked all 4 tires at Kwik Trip, added air etc. Thankfully I made it to Cross Plains & I came across Mike's Mobil on Main Street - never been there before, knew nothing of the place - & a super nice guy (darn I didn't get his name) came out. I told him of my dilemma, & asked if he could please check my tires & I would gladly pay him for his time/efforts. He did, all tires were low, he put air in them, I offered him cash for helping me, but he refused saying to put it towards the birthday celebration. I insisted, but he wouldn't take the money. Without his help, I honestly don't know what I would have done. He saved the day & I went on to have a wonderful day/birthday celebration with my sister & my niece. Thank you so very much to Mike's Mobil! P.S. The next day I called Kwik Trip about the air issue & they told me that another person had also reported a problem & that they had the air pressure gauge & pump checked & their equipment was at fault!
