I have been a Cross Plains Storage customer for a little over 9 yrs. (Although I wish I could get rid of somethings! LOL) I actually had two storage units close to the beginning 7 yrs ago.
I am very thankful for Cross Plains Storage. My items have not gotten ruined, wet, bugs, rodents, etc. Never had a problem with access during the Winter snow.
Fred takes really good care of his storage property/rentals and is really an honest, loving and great young man. Thankful he decided to have the storages in Cross Plains. He does his best and will put forth exceptional customer service to accommodate your storage needs.

When I first called about getting a storage unit I though I would have to wait but he found me one that someone didn't renew and had it available for meet right away. Payment online was really easy and got the keys with no problem. He also have great information about the units. Very clean and maintained. Great experience with a first time storage unit user.

Cross Plains Storage is always clean, well kept and DRY! After so much rain this spring and early summer I feared a lot of moisture would hang around but it was PERFECT—
Communication is always quick and I love not worrying about my monthly rent being paid on time as they use a nice auto-pay system.
We couldn’t be happier with our decision to use CPS versus the one down the street.

I love Cross Plains Storage and Fred is THE nicest person ! We were new to the storage and I guess we didn’t have the lock , locked all the way and he texted us to let us know!! Talk about above and beyond customer service. And there are cameras everywhere so I feel our stuff is pretty safe there. Cross Plains Storage is very nice, well kept and clean and very convenient to just be able to drive up. The unit has insulation that helps against any damage due to humidity. And it’s been very humid this summer!! Thank you Fred for all that you do! .

We used storage while listing our home to stage it better and to make moving a bit easier. Setting up our account was easy and the unit was clean. Good security, and the owner notified use when we accidentally didn't lock the door properly (twice, doh!). They send you a video showing how to operate the doors, which explains everything. Super customer service.
