We went to Witt Ford in crivits, test drove 2 trucks. Found 1 that would be a great fit sat down and agreed on a price signed to contract to purchase I would be coming back the next day with a check called and was told by the sales man that the truck I had a signed contract to purchase was sold to someone else. Just that morning. The sales man said the night before that he would put it in the back and await my call as to when I was going to be coming to pick it up.

Witt Auto Sales, Inc. Witt Ford Crivitz has a friendly staff, was informative and took the time to answer all of my questions in a professional manner. I'm very happy with my trade in for a new Ford Explorer. The delivery was timely for the time I had available . I loved the big bow on my vehicle, made it feel special.

Been looking at a truck on line for about a week,decided on a Monday to go look at it.
Got there and they had a long week sale goin, delt with 2 individuals from out of town( they were there for this sale). They tried high pressure selling, couldn't keep the same stories between the 2 of them.
WORST EXPERIENCE AT A CAR LOT!!

My father and I stopped in a couple weeks ago and test drove 3 trucks. I found one I liked and they let us take it home for a week. This was an amazing experience for us because we do not live close by. We returned on Friday and signed the papers. We dealt with Robin in the showroom and Pat for the finance. I would highly recommend stopping in and seeing any 1 of the Witts team. They are amazing.

The vehicle had an issue and the problem was covered under warranty; however, it cost me $460 for them to tow the car to their shop. Guess that's one way to get labor cost out of someone whose car is covered under warranty. Just saying....if you need warranty work done, maybe find another tow company to get the car to the service dept. if you can't drive it in on your own.
