Twin Bridge Four seasons was nothing more than amazing to us. We had went to them after another place we had rented from had the side by sides totaled out and had to cancel. Four seasons had one left that we rented for the reminder of the day. With the later rental and 45 minute commute we knew we would not have it back before 5 so they allowed us to keep it over night for no extra charge. They were also very helpful with the trails they recommended and showing us around the area! I would definitely use them again if we come back into town!

Fishing last weekend on High Falls. Had a problem with my trolling motor. Went to Twin Bridge Four Seasons looking for parts. They took a motor apart and gave me the parts I needed. Back Fishing in no time.

Tried a few times for parts as I'm local to the area the lady I had talked to was clueless on what I was looking for and it's very basic part I even had the part # and wouldn't take the time to look I was shocked at how we were treated at the business I guess I have to order my parts online instead of spending my money locally. I really like the response given thanks as I said I even had the part # I dont see how that takes magic to look up in today's world lol

Poor service oh wait no service!! If I could I rate u no stars!! I just wanted plugs a tune up and carbs cleaned! Would not do it because it’s a 74 Mercury 100. Didn’t need anything but tunn up because I mixed to heavy oil ratio , she never returned my call like she said but I knew she would not!

My family and I went to rent a couple of snowmobiles and when I called they said they didn't have any 2ups left so we didn't bring the girls along. then we get there and they bring me out one decent single 600 skidoo the other one is a older 550 fan 2up witch they told me they didn't have but we just took it because that's all they had we had a group of 11 sleds and I had the 2up that I couldn't hardly drive the front shock was frozen or it was that stiff the back was soft as it could go suspension never moved all day very unpleasant to ride. so we quit early then I bring them back and they were both full on fuel and skidoo synthetic oil because they said that I could use that I didn't want to get charged for anything extra but when I got home I got charged for oil one qt 32.60 they must have dumped the oil on the ground because it was full when I returned them called and they would check in to it but never heard anythingstill got charged. Probely wil never go back ill rent from the place in eagle River they are cheaper you get the sleds longer and there newer with no extra cost sucks because we spend alot of time in Crivits with our family and friends. At least you could be honest i did call and you told me you would check in to it there was no way you could have put any more oil in it we filled them up when we dropped them off

To be honest I would never bring a boat or boat motor here now knowing what I know.
Lady at the front desk was very disrespectful and off putting.
Called before I traveled just over 2 hours to drop off my outboard, whoever answered the phone said they worked on my motor(its a 57 evinrude) i get there and the lady says we dont work on things that old typically... not what i was told and then she spent 5-10 mins hunting down who i talked to for him to just stand there and not say anything... I also was quoted that the motor would be donein a week. (just wanted oil put in the lower unit and it ran to make sure everything worked.)
3 weeks later i finally get a call and the front desk lady was happy as could be to tell me that my motor was done.
120 bucks for them to fill the lower unit with oil. They Claimed they pulled the carb bowl but apparently this place reuses gaskets and they didnt do it cus the bolts werent shiny from a wrench or socket... still coated with residue... no scuffs on them at all.
They then told me that they didn't run the motor cus they didnt have the equitment....
THEY DIDNT HAVE THE EQUITMENT....
What!?!?!
A tub of water and a 24:1 fuel mix in the gas can i provided and yall cant fire this up?
Needless to say... waste of 3 weeks of my time and 120 bucks for oil is ridiculous.

My family and I were staying on White Potato Lake in Pound, Wisconsin. We put the boat on the lake and discovered the trim controls were not working. We found the motor would go down but not go up. Being on a shallow lake, this rendered the boat unusable. Searching for service in the North Woods, a different vendor didn't have parts but recommended we try Twin Bridge Four Seasons. I drove to Twin Bridge the morning of the 16th and talked over my concerns with Jeff. Jeff stated that they had a lot of work in the shop but would do their best to help out. He also noted they just got a shipment of the needed parts on hand. I left the boat with Jeff for the day and they updated me on the boat's progress throughout the day. I was able to pick up the boat in working order the evening of the same day. We were able to have the boat on the lake the next morning with no problems. They saved our vacation and a HUGE THANK YOU to Jeff and Judy for working us into their busy schedule on such short notice. Would HIGHLY recommend Twin Bridge Four Seasons for all your marine needs. You are in good hands.

Was up for the day on Highfalls for our daughters birthday tubing. At the boat launch my big motor shutdown with an alarm. I put boat on trailer and ran down the road to Twin Bridge 4 seasons and was helped out tremendously.....immediately after walking in the door I was taken care of and instructed to go to back last overhead door and Tylor the mechanic met me there and started diagnosing the issue. After all sorts of checks by Tylor we realized the oil was low and needed to be filled up as the plastic oil hopper was stained and I thought it was full. They got me and my family back on the water within a hour! They were busy but still took the time to help us! I would highly recommend Twin Bridge 4 Seasons....
