“I made an appointment last week. I dropped my car off on Thursday he told me he would try to have it done by the end of my work day. I popped in at 1:20 and it would be ready in 10 minutes. Shortly, the gentleman came in, wrote up my bill. The total was what was quoted. Happy girl. Happy car.”
