I highly reccomend them for any automotive needs. The employees here super knowledgeable, friendly and awesome. I stopped here in kind of an emergency situation. They were very hands on and went above and beyond to make sure I got back on the road quickly and safely. They have a wide range of automotive parts, tools and accessories here and the store is very well kept. Thanks again for all your help!

Found what we needed but no one helped us or even asked. Also one of the employees was sitting crisscrossed on the checkout counter. Yeah….that’s normal.

I know diddly darn when it comes to the inside of a car. I rolled up on O'Reilly knowing something was wrong with my car, but Kola was impressive with a diagnosis telling me that my battery was a no-go. Gave me great recommendations and - when I said I can't install a battery - Kola came out in the blistering cold and did it for me. Great service with rockstar employees! Rumor has it, Mr. O'Reilly himself is impressed with Kola's expertise!

Needed a new battery/windshield wipers and Neal was quick to grab me the correct ones and install them for me right there! 5 minutes later I was on my way, great customer service!

Can't say enough about Erik and his help last week the night before we were headed out of town! I came in one evening last week 20 minutes before they closed because my battery failed.Erik was amazing and worked really hard to replace my battery, even though it was late and my battery is a NIGHTMARE to access and/or replace.Kudos and HUGE THANKS! Saved my trip!

Once again the serve at an O'Reilly's store was outstanding. Erik helped me out, after I got the one of two wiper blades wrong and had to bring it back. When he couldn't find the same brand as the other one, he found another brand (cheaper) gave me a refund, then came outside, put it on my car and then had me test it before I drove away. I was almost speechless that this level of genuine customer service still exists. Erik's the man!
